Established in 1980, David Yurman is recognized a one of America’s leading fine jewelry and luxury watch brands. Artistic inspiration is at the very core of the company’s foundation. David Yurman originally studied sculpturing and came into the jewelry design business after a short artistic career as a sculptor. After positive reaction to an belt buckle he designed for his wife, Sybil, he created and sold additional belt buckles and started experimenting with wire. This eventually led to his signature design of the twisted cable.
