Millicent Bain, 51, claims a "classic" style. But this stay-at-home mom shows a real flair in combining various pieces from her closet to create great looks. For the opening night party of "Eureka!" the annual jewelry fair at the Walters Art Museum, the Roland Park resident put together a dark green satin long-sleeve Esther Chen wrap top, a dark green wool Gerard Darel tulip skirt and a dark green, plum and black plaid Jeanne Maac jacket.

Alexandra Shek, 41, enjoys a "trendy" style. And the Owings Mills resident shows some of this season's top trends in the outfit she wore to Ruth Shaw's Art of Giving fashion show at Renaissance Fine Arts, a benefit for the Baltimore School for the Arts and Kennedy Krieger Institute.

Christina Youngbar couldn't wait for the temperatures to drop so she could dress with some warmth. When we spotted the 32-year-old stylist at Uno The Salon in Green Spring Station, she was wearing an ivory jacket and pants from Limited. Her heeled boots from DSW gave her a slick feel. "It's the first time I've worn it this fall," the Baltimore resident said of the ensemble. "I was happy to dress up." Youngbar, who describes her style as "a little bit of everything," said the keys to great style are accessories (her jewelry was from Radcliffe and Jared The Galleria of Jewelry), and great make-up and hair. She likely won't have much of a problem with the latter -- her salon was recently voted among the 100 in the nation by Elle magazine.
