Panerai Radiomir 10 Days GMT Automatic Acciaio - 47mm

# PNPAM00323

THE RADIOMIR 10 DAYS GMT – 47 MM MAINTAINS THE KEY CHARACTERISTICS OF OFFICINE PANERAI'S CLASSIC RADIOMIR MODEL, which was designed and manufactured for military use. The technical characteristics include: no longer a single time, but a model with an additional time zone, date, 10-day power reserve and the P.2003 movement entirely designed and manufactured at Officine Panerai's Neuchâtel manufacture .
The case of the Radiomir 10 Days GMT – 47 mm, with the typical cushion shape, is made of stainless steel, and is watertight to up to 10 bar (~100 metres), while the winding crown has, like the military models, a conical shape for easier handling.
The dial reflects the essential appearance typical of Panerai, and the sandwich structure conceived for exceptional visibility. In addition to the hour and minute hands, the second time zone hand is instantly recognisable thanks to its arrowhead tip; the power reserve hand rotates inside the additional dial above the 6; there is also the small continuous seconds hand, and one indicating a 24-hour period.

Panerai

Founded in Florence in 1860 as a workshop, shop and school of watch-making for many decades Panerai supplied the Italian Navy specialist diving corps with precision instruments. Originally created to be used deep underwater, Panerai watches are known for their unparalleled legibility and luminosity in the dark. In 1977, the brand was acquired by the Richemont Group and launched on the international market. Today Panerai develops and crafts its movements and watches at its Neuchatel manufacture, combining Italian design flair and history with Swiss horological expertise.
