The 267.3.86 is fresh from factory service where it received a refinish, a new crown, and a new crystal. The Reverso will come with box, manuals, and a copy of the factory service work performed. The Jaeger is now under manufacture warranty for the next two years. The Reverso has an 18-karat white gold case with diamonds across the top and bottom, flanking cabochon citrine. The border to the dial has diamonds set all of the way around, as does the reverse side with plain case back. The dial is mother of pearl with stylized Arabic hour markers. The Jaeger is a manual wind and has a cabochon citrine set into the crown. The Reverso is on a lightly worn OEM brown alligator strap with original 18-karat white gold deployment buckle.
