The timepiece has a P serial which dates the watch to 2000. The Datejust features a champagne dial with diamond hour markers, a magnified date aperture at 3 o’clock, gold hands and a gold central sweeping hand. The previously polished case is affixed with a fluted yellow gold bezel which is mounted on an 18 karat yellow gold and stainless steel Jubilee bracelet which remains free of any noteworthy imperfections. The bracelet remains in 75% condition overall with minor stretch and will accommodate a 6.5-inch wrist. Powering the 79173 is a Rolex caliber 2235 with an approximate power reserve of 48-hours.
