For sale is a pre-owned near mint condition 36mm stainless steel Vacheron Constantin Overseas. This 72040/423A-8463 will not come with a Vacheron box or any paperwork. The dark grey sigma dial has polished beveled dauphine indices with small tritium luminescent plots and stick hands with applied luminescence in addition to the date aperture at three o’clock. This Overseas displays Gerald Genta’s timeless design and imaginative spirit. The polished and satin finished case is affixed with the Maltese cross motif polished steel bezel. The case is mounted on a stainless steel bracelet with a double folding butterfly clasp with a push release latch and safety clasp. As currently configured the bracelet can accommodate a wrist size of 6.90-inches. The closure on the clasp takes some getting used to, as it is a bit different. The cross on the crown is sharp and clearly defined. Powering this Overseas is a quartz movement with a fresh battery.
