For sale is a pre-owned near mint condition 42.5mm 18kt rose gold Vacheron Constantin Patrimony Retrograde Day-Date. The Patrimony was originally purchased in 2017, but will not be accompanied by its box or paperwork. The silver opaline dial has polished 18kt rose gold hands, dauphine as well as stick indices and black retrograde day-date arrow hands. The days of the week are at six o’clock while the date complication spans the top of the dial from nine to three o’clock. The 18kt rose gold case is affixed with a smooth bezel and is mounted on an OEM dark brown leather strap with an 18kt rose gold deployment clasp featuring the Maltese cross. The strap can accommodate a wrist sized 6 to 7.75-inches. Both the strap and case are in near mint condition. On display through the sapphire crystal display case back is the caliber 2460 R31R7 automatic self-winding movement with its 22kt yellow gold oscillating rotor with hand engraved pattern finish.
